By accessing and using the BT Software CRM-Light ERP service you accept these terms.

Use of the service constitutes acceptance of the terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service description
BT Software CRM-Light ERP is a customer and business management system offering quotes, orders, product catalogs and reports. The service is provided as SaaS with a subscription model.
3. Account and use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify BT Software immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Subscriptions are charged in advance according to the selected plan. Payments are made via Stripe. The free trial does not require a credit card. You may cancel at any time.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial use. In case of technical issues, contact us.
6. Intellectual property
All content, software and trademarks of the service belong to BT Software or our licensors. Copying, distribution or modification without permission is not permitted.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". BT Software is not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription.
8. Changes
We reserve the right to modify the terms of use. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-service notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
