1. Who we are
The BTSoft platform is provided by the sole proprietorship under the name JANCAJ JETMIRA AMALIA, trading as Best Team Software, with registered address at 8 Kerkyra Street, Nea Makri, Attica, Greece, Tax Identification Number 137364734, and contact email info@btsoft.gr.
BTSoft provides cloud-based business management software, which may include, indicatively, CRM, customer and lead management, quotations, orders, products, inventory, procurement, documents, financial reports, electronic invoicing/myDATA, email/CRM inbox, B2B features, and an AI assistant.

2. BTSoft’s role in data processing
For data relating to website visits, registration, use of the service, communication, support, subscriptions, payments, and invoicing, BTSoft acts as the Data Controller.
For data that you or your users enter into the platform, such as customer data, leads, contacts, products, quotations, orders, documents, emails, files, notes, or other business information, BTSoft acts as a Data Processor on behalf of your business.
The data you enter into the platform remains yours. BTSoft processes this data only for the provision of the service, technical support, security, compliance with legal obligations, and in accordance with the platform’s Terms of Use.

Depending on the use of the website or the platform, we may collect the following categories of data:
Account data, such as first name, last name, email address, phone number, company, position/role, and login credentials.

AI features use your business data only to provide the corresponding functionality within the platform and in accordance with the user’s access permissions.
BTSoft does not use its customers’ business data to train public AI models.
Where AI features generate suggestions, summaries, or draft actions, the user remains responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and giving final approval before any action is taken.
AI features may be provided through cooperating artificial intelligence providers, such as OpenAI and Anthropic, which are required to process data in accordance with data protection requirements and their applicable service terms.
