Pricing questions
Plan limits (quotes, invoices, AI actions) do not cut you off without warning: we notify you and you can upgrade. For the AI Receptionist, we alert you at 80% of your minutes. Extra minutes are never charged automatically — you choose whether calls continue billed or we ask first.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you need. The change applies on the next billing period; upgrades are prorated.
An AI action is one completed assistant task on your data: a customer summary, a draft email, a lead score, the daily priority list, a draft quote. Everyday clicks in the app do not count — only when the assistant produces a result.
Founding Members keep their price locked for as long as they stay subscribed, even if list prices rise. For other subscriptions, a price change is never applied silently to the current period — you are notified first.
